The Intake Specialist will work in partnership with the Northwest Michigan Coalition to
End Homelessness and the Balance of State Coalition to provide call center support to
those who are homeless or who are at-risk of becoming homeless gain connection to the
Homeless Response System.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 to 2 years of experience in an office, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. $19.86 per hour. EOE.
